Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2, 2026

The short version

Zwiip does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Your photos never leave your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no tracking.

What data does Zwiip access?

Zwiip requests access to your device’s photo library so you can sort, organize, and delete photos. This access is granted through your operating system’s standard permission system.

What data is collected?

None. Zwiip does not collect any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or device identifiers.

Where is data stored?

All app data (settings, sorting history, statistics) is stored locally on your device only, using AsyncStorage. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

Third-party services

Zwiip does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs that collect data.

Photos

Your photos are never uploaded, copied, or transmitted outside your device. Zwiip only reads photos from your local library to display them. When you delete a photo through Zwiip, it is moved to your device’s “Recently Deleted” folder where it can be recovered for 30 days.

Children’s privacy

Zwiip does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since we collect no data at all, there is no risk to children’s privacy.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how we handle data (for example, if we add a cloud feature in the future), we will update this policy and notify users through an app update.
